XIM University's School of Rural Management hosts Udhyam 4.0

Bhubaneswar (By Abhishek Mohanty) School of Rural Management, XIM University (New Campus), hosted the fourth edition of its Annual Rural Management Conclave, Udhyam 4.0, on Friday, at XIM University.
Best online courses The event was organized under the Rural Management Career Advisory Services (RM CAS) and served as a platform for industry leaders and students to explore emerging trends and challenges in rural business ecosystems.
The day began with the arrival of students and faculty members, followed by a warm welcome from Shaik Nahid, Coordinator of RM CAS. The inaugural ceremony commenced with the lighting of the lamp, graced by the presence of the Chief Guest and senior dignitaries. Fr.S.Antony Raj, S.J.., Registrar of XIM University delivered the inaugural address, setting an insightful tone for the day. Prof.Niraj Kumar, Dean of the School of Rural Management, extended a heartfelt welcome to the gathering, and the vote of thanks was presented by Pradeep Hatade.
The first session of the conclave commenced at 10:30 AM with an enthusiastic welcome by the event emcee. The keynote presentations were delivered by eminent industry professionals Anjan Mohanty from Falcon Group and Avinash Samal from Tata Consultancy Services.
The engaging presentations were followed by a dynamic Question & Answer session, encouraging thought-provoking dialogue between the speakers and the students. The session concluded with the felicitation of the speakers by Prof.T.Kumar, Prof.Gautam Prateek, and Prof.Sashikant Khuntia.
Prof.Pradeep Kumar Mishra moderated post-lunch, the second session.

These industry leaders provided valuable insights on contemporary rural market strategies, innovations, and corporate engagement in sustainable development. The session concluded with another round of Q&A, followed by the felicitation of the speakers by Prof.Niraj Kumar.
