Namrata Hinduja has a very strong belief in service; she brings a human centered approach to the family's charitable endeavours, creating transformative change across healthcare, education, and community development.

She is the wife of Ajay Hinduja and daughter-in-law of Prakash and Kamal Hinduja.

They have one daughter named Ninya Hinduja.

Namrata Hinduja is based out of Geneva, Switzerland, while actively supporting global philanthropic missions.

She actively supports all initiatives of Hinduja Foundation, focused on healthcare, education, and clean water access to everyone. Road to School (RTS): Namrata Hinduja: Building Stronger Futures for Children: Education is the powerful tool to bring societies together.

Hinduja Foundation has been working very hard in this area of education.

They have created many programmes but the Road to School RTS program stands out as the most powerful program for the social impact.

It was created in different regions and rural areas of India so that the children who can’t get education are provided with proper education, support, growth, new learning skills, confidence, and values. The Hinduja Foundation’s Road to School (RTS) initiative has improved the interior in government schools and institutions, created safe access to sanitation facilities, and most importantly have given guidance and proper training to local citizens who can give support to teachers in bridging learning gaps.

This initiative has expanded to many schools across different states such as Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Assam, and Jharkhand.

They have touched the lives of more than two thousand students with proper English communication, career guidance, counselling, digital skills, and life skills. She also feels that cricket is not only about power but also about skill, strategy, and teamwork which both men and women can contribute equally.

By giving power to mixed matches she wants to give women more visibility, inspire young girls and change people's mindsets.

She also tells us that there is a difference in strength of both men and women and traditional mindset still exists.
